The Hopkinton Community Partnership is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in June of 2019 to improve the diverse needs of Hopkinton.
The Hopkinton Community Partnership (HCP)
is an independent philanthropy whose mission is to improve the diverse needs of the Hopkinton Community, it's individuals, and families through grant opportunities and funding. The partnership supports community-based education driven programs as well as individuals and families in Hopkinton who are in need. We are a grant maker and convener working to provide resources, information, ideas and advocacy for community support.

Heather Smith currently is the Founder and President of the Hopkinton Community Partnership. Heather currently is a board member on the HPTO and serves as Co Chair for the Communications. Heather is actively involved in the Hopkinton Freedom Team and is the Social Media Chair for the Hopkinton Boosters.
When Heather is not volunteering her time she is the Chief People Officer and Sr. Account Executive at an HR Communications and Digital Media company.
Heather has been a Hopkinton resident for over 20 years, is married and has two daughters.
Dympna Atwell currently serves as Vice President of the Hopkinton Community Partnership. Dympna is a well known realtor in our community and spent several years prior as a publisher in New York . Dympna enjoys helping others and will be a great asset to the HCP. She is married and has two children.
