The Hopkinton Community Partnership (HCP)
is an independent philanthropy whose mission is to improve the diverse needs of the Hopkinton Community, it's individuals, and families through grant opportunities and funding. The partnership supports community-based education driven programs as well as individuals and families in Hopkinton who are in need. We are a grant maker and convener working to provide resources, information, ideas and advocacy for community support.
Heather Smith, President
Heather Smith currently is the Co-Founder and President of the Hopkinton Community Partnership. She served on the Hopkinton Education Board for a couple of years where she chaired the Fundraising for the Hopkinton Education Foundation (HEF), and later served as the President of HEF.
Heather currently is involved and on the board of the Hopkinton PTA where she holds several positions. She currently is the Appreciation Coordinator for the High School and the Hopkins Elementary school. She is the Volunteer coordinator for the High School and serves as the HPTA's social media coordinator. Heather has held past roles such as Extra Curricular coordinator for the Marathon/Center School and has been a classroom parent for both of her children. Recently the Hopkinton Boosters asked Heather to chair their 10 year anniversary gala in the spring.
When Heather is not volunteering her time she is the Head of Human Resources at a large financial institution in Boston where she has held that position for 24 years.
